Buying a car (my first one at that) through Coggins of the Berkshires is easily the best decision I've ever made. The process was so simple, their sister location in Bennington was able to ship my new Forester down to Pittsfield, and the financing took minutes. They were also really accommodating with slight delays in banking. The folks at this dealership have a keen attention to detail and you can tell they love, care for, and pay attention to the last ten feet of purchasing a vehicle. The customer service was unbelievable- not knowing what to expect, I braced myself for abrasive or aggressive sales tactics, but it's so easy to melt in Robert and Courtney's presence.
